Oil and water mixture resulting from the coolants or washing liquids will be separated by using OILSKIM system.

The oily liquid will be collected from the surface of the tank by means of a buoyant device and pumped to the OILSKIM where through the physical coalescense principles the oil will get separated from water.

The oil will be collected in a waste bin on one side and at the other side the cleaned fluid will be pumped back to the tank. The machine can also be equipped with a chip collecting pump and filter system additionally.

COALESCENCE OIL SEPARATOR OIL GREASE CHIP AND CHEMICAL CONTAMINATED LIQUID WILL BE FORCED THROUGH THE COS SYSTEM. THE SUSPENDING PARTICLES CHIPS WILL DESCEND WHEN COMFRONTED WITH FILTER BLADES .WHERE AS DUE TO SURFACE TENSION OIL DROPLETS FORMATION OCCUR AND CLING TO THE FILTER BLADES PERMITTING SOLUTION FLOW THROUGH CHANNELS. THUS THESE OIL DROPLETS WILL BE FORCED TO PASS BY A WEIR TO THE COLLECTING BIN
